I finally think I am finished with the neighborhood project. I was able to add homes from College Park, Georgia, what a beautiful area with such a diverse array of homes and home type. I was also able to get a few images of a beautiful little community called Eagles Grove. Then I went into the lovely neighborhood of Jefferson Park. Brick homes, large hanging trees and beautiful streets full of color. Now here is where it gets a little muddied: I took images in Frog Hollow, Colonial Hills, Conley Hills, Sumner Park and Semmes Park - HOWEVER - I had a hard time finding specific segments for each neighborhood - you will all have to school me. I think I did ok (did ask someone on their porch if they were in Frog Hollow or Sumner Park and they didn't know, so I am giving myself a break). What I did find in each of these neighborhoods is more of what I have been preaching to the choir - we have lovely neighborhoods, beautiful homes, character, charm, warmth, diversity and a wonderful sense of community.
Please share this post with all of your friends that are on the fence about coming to south ATL. You are all welcome to come visit the area - the images speak for themselves. If you have a friend looking for a new home and is interested in moving to our area please pass my name along - I would love to show them why #southatlrocks. I also work with sellers, which can be a daunting process, so contact me and I can walk you through the process.
BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY: PLEASE SHARE WITH ALL YOUR CONNECTIONS - WE HAVE A GREAT COMMUNITY THAT DESERVES TO BE SEEN BY ALL. Share, Post, Comment, Participate!! Melissa Page Hale
