Time to add 3 more neighborhoods. I do know that I am still short about 4 (need to finish Frog Hollow, College Park, Georgia Historic Neighborhood, Conley Hills Neighborhood, Jefferson Park so they will be in my 4th edition
HOWEVER I am focussing on The Historic West End, Capitol View Manor, Historic Hapeville, The Village of Egan Park.
Historic West End
Capitol View Manor
The Village of Egan Park
So here goes:
Historic West End - beautiful architecture and lovely streets, just a great feel when you walk down the streets;
Capitol View Manor Neighborhood Group - one of my favorite. Brick, brick and more brick. Just a beautiful little neighborhood that has so much character. In fact of all of the homes I have shot in this entire series I believe these could be located in any of the established neighborhoods anywhere in Metro Atlanta.
Hapeville, Georgia - who knew all of these great homes were right behind some of my favorite shops in the Tri-Cities. Ranch, brick, wood sided. I would love to have one of these to reno - they remind me of the homes I grew up in when I was young.
Village of Egan Park, East Point (my neighborhood): so much variety but a lot of impressive homes to choose from when taking pictures. Details on most of these homes is what makes them so great.
MORE neighborhoods to come. Share ALL of these pictures and stories of our great communities with all of your OTP, or ITP friends that still haven't made the move to the most unique, artistic, trending side of town; fun fact, we are only 3 miles south of the Georgia State Stadium.This is a project of love: #southatlrocks. Let me help you through the journey of finding your next home or selling your current house because it helps to have an expert at your side.
